The Challenge

Neovia Logistics was operating on a legacy CRM platform (Winmore) that could no longer support the needs of its sales organization. As the company prepared to transition to Salesforce, they needed more than a system replacement—they needed guidance, speed, and a solution capable of supporting complex sales operations.
