The Challenge

Howell Rescue Systems sought out a solution as they integrated off of their old CRM to a more sophisticated and reliable system. Their goal was to implement a CRM solution that not only streamlined their sales cycles and service orders, but also integrated seamlessly with their existing Alere ERP system. They also looked for a solution that offered a customer portal for order status updates.

The Solution

Summit worked closely with Howell Rescue Systems to identify which solutions would best fit their needs. Summit recommended the Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds to satisfy all requirements. Summit's solutions included:

  • Completed a data migration from the old CRM to Salesforce, ensuring accurate transfer of sales and service order data

  • Customized Salesforce to track sales cycles and service orders, using opportunity management and dashboards for real-time insights

  • Created a portal with Salesforce Experience Cloud for internal teams to be able to view metrics in real time

  • Used Salesforce integration tools to connect seamlessly with Alere ERP for improved order management and data synchronization

Fortunately we were introduced to Summit, and from day one they made the formidable task of implementing Salesforce doable (and even enjoyable!). The Summit team are pros, from their accessibility and communication to industry knowledge and attitude, they never said 'no' to a request.
