They offer a variety of windows, frames, wells, covers, and accessories that are system integrated for custom installations.
The Challenge
Monarch sought to implement Salesforce Sales Cloud to enhance their team’s ability to manage sales functions effectively within Salesforce. Additionally, they needed to integrate their existing Kenandy ERP, a Salesforce ISV partner, to ensure seamless data flow between systems. To fully leverage the new platform, Monarch required comprehensive user and admin training to equip their team with the necessary skills to navigate and manage the Sales Cloud efficiently.
