The Challenge: Disconnected Systems, Limited Visibility, and Low Salesforce Adoption

As their business grew, so did the complexity: more SKUs, more custom orders, more coordination between sales, production, and inventory. The old systems were creaking. Monarch sought to implement Salesforce Sales Cloud to enhance their team’s ability to manage sales functions effectively within Salesforce.
