We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team and help design and implement technical solutions on the Salesforce platform for our clients. This is a full-time remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design and architecture discussions with clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop technical roadmaps and project plans to guide the implementation of Salesforce solutions
- Identify and evaluate new features and functionality that could benefit clients and improve the value of the Salesforce platform
- Analyze and optimize the performance and scalability of Salesforce solutions
- Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure that technical solutions are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce platform developments and best practices
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including the creation of technical proposals and presentations for potential clients
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation and post-launch phases of projects
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues that may impact the success of a project
- Assist with the creation of technical documentation and user guides for custom solutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal development processes and best practices
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements:
- Salesforce Certified Developer
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce administration and development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and guide them through the implementation of technical solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, relaxed, and fun environment
- Results-oriented and able to take a task and achieve it without supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Desired certifications: Salesforce Certified Application or System Architect
