We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant who is passionate about delivering impactful solutions and building strong client relationships. This is a fully remote, full-time position—work from your home office, your favorite coffee shop, or wherever you do your best work.


What You’ll Do

As a Salesforce Consultant at Summit, you’ll partner directly with clients to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that drive real business results.

Client Strategy & Enablement

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and recommend Salesforce best practices
  • Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure user adoption
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the CRM journey

Configuration & Solution Design

  • Design and implement solutions within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Architect data models, user interfaces, business logic, and security frameworks
  • Configure users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and territories
  • Build Lightning page layouts and custom applications
  • Create custom reports, dashboards, workflows, approval processes, and automations
  • Configure forecasting, custom sales processes, web-to-lead, and lead assignment rules
  • Manage record types, page layouts, and data visibility models

Data & Deployment

  • Import/export data using Data Import Wizard and Data Loader
  • Analyze and map spreadsheet data to Salesforce fields
  • Troubleshoot complex data sharing and visibility challenges
  • Deploy custom applications and enhancements

Project Management

  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision

What You Bring

Required:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • 1+ year of experience in a Salesforce consulting role
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
